I received an e-mail from them about this the day before I did the shop saying that some people were getting confused and buying a product significantly higher priced and to make sure I brought the one in the blue packet. Was yours blue/turquoise?

I got this email from RE aswell, saying it is pharmacy own label and not a more expensive one and if you bought outwith re-imbursement you would not be re-imbursed!! Surely if there was no others then it may be ok. On the notes it now states the exact product to buy.xx

Is anybody having problems with their computers after the RE log-in problems?

Both mine and hubby's have now got really large font after I tried to log in on his when I couldn't get in on mine, and I have no idea how to put it right . Surely it can't just be a coincidence can it?

Concerned re the Health Food shop visit. I've been paid for it last month (was the cold scenario) but its now been re-added as a payment pending? I def got the money and it went into my account. Confused!

On another note attempted to get most of my Bare car shops done today (tried to do 6/7 out of 13) and got 1 :| Went to another place but they ignored me and then I got caught in rush hour traffic and gave up! Emailed for an extension and should do them all on Saturday :(

Has anyone else done the RE chemist jobs recently? It was the one where you had to buy some pain relief in a tube. The item that they said to buy was quite a bit more than the reimbursement (I only discovered this in the shop). Whilst I was visibly recoiling from this, the assistant suggested that I try the own brand version which was the same strength. As this was just about within the reimbursement I went along with this but have now got a proof reading query.

Just wondered what other people had done, if they also had the same problem with the price.

I found the max strength one was £5.25 and the regular one was £4.35 IIRC - One was in a yellow tube (Max) and the other a bluey green - It was the blue/green one in the shopper brief - not helped by me only printing out a black and white copy. I had a battle with a chemist to recomend the blue one rather than the max strength one after putting on an act about how bad my back pain was!!

I must read the other 10 comments to the same thread before I post next time!!

lol i know, when i said i had taken ibroprofen and it didn't work i could tell she didn't think there was much point in buying it! she told me to only use it for two days as if it still hurt then it was no good and i would need to go docs and get presecription! i also printed it out in blk and white! luckily the product was on the esa pharmacy jobs last week so i knew the difference!

I have done two discount designer jobs today for abai have have just got home after a nice free meal from the american/italian place and realised I left my abai notes at work. Email says must be completed today with feedback the same day. Will it be ok if I enter them about 7.30am tomorrow or will they be automatically removed from my account does anyone know?

I have done this before with no issues. Ahem, I haven't actually did the 2 which should have been input today . In my defence, I emailed them Monday to say I could do & input on Thurs & they didn't reply.

You must be more organised DD x :naughty:

You never do your results the same day!!!

I think I might have lost the first set of notes, luckily i can actually remember the ppls names and descriptions and which particular areas were messy/dirty (can take my pick as the whole store was a tip!!) also still have the original receipt for the details thank god!

I think this is why I was sacked a couple of weeks ago then. My sister is also on Gap records and had the same last name, she hardly ever goes on but checked and shes also been sacked. It just rubbish how we cant query it or explain. We had different bank accounts though and live 35 miles apart. oh well, ive lost 2lbs since not haveing any chicken or burger jobs to do.
hmm, from what you said, and someone earlier saying they were asked for husband/wife to have different bank accounts, it sounds as if they are having a clamp-down on people with similar details being registered such as husband and wife. I suppose there is nothing to stop an unscrupulous person from singing up twice and pretending to be a spouse and maybe getting more jobs. If thats the case I can understand what they're doing.

So .. those that have been sacked .. have you got a spouse working for them as well?

When I first started MS work 5 years ago, my biggest payer was RE. Then it became Gapbuster, then TNS. But now with TNS slowly turning the screw, history is repeating itself and I am back at RE being my biggest payer each month again. Though ESA are running a close second now.

But in what was a complete coup this weekend, my partner and I had decided to go to Blackpool a few weeks ago as they got free tickets for the pleasure beach from work. So we set ourselves a wee challenge to see how much of our weekend could we do as MS and not turn it into just a shopping trip - even I couldnt believe our luck on this one ...

3 posh petrol stations en route so thats snacks sorted, Saturday meal pub dinner sorted, 2 retro nightclubs on Saturday and the piece de resitance, we bagged a day at the Tower on Sunday - Result!
