A Doctor is unlikely to be able to identify the cause of you problems.
Have you contacted the local council, environmental health as suggested earlier?0 -
In another ten days, it's highly unlikley that there will be any evidence left of what made you ill (in terms of your body). If you do think it's something you ate, then you need to get in touch with environmental health who will arrange for you to give a stool sample for testing, and you need to do it soomer rather than later. If you do want 'compo' then it won't help your case if it's discovered that you waited over ten days before you saw your GP ...
I would, however, be very, very careful of accusing a company of 'poisoning' you without proper evidence. It's fairly well known that many cases of food poisoning come from poor food handling and storage at home, as well as poor standards of household hygiene. I know of one case where a woman publically accused a local business of giving her e.coli, caused them a lot of harm and then it was discovered that she'd actually poisoned herself as she kept reptiles and didn't practice scrupulous hygiene at home. I believe the accused company took her to court. Quite frankly, given that you apparently couldn't be bothered to clean the bathroom after bouts of diahorrea, I'd suggest that you look at your own standards of hygiene first before you go pinning the blame on a company.0 -

That is ten days away. What do you expect anybody to do ten days after the event?
Gone ... or have I?0 -
the 15th?? thats 10 days away. if it was food poisoning you had, or poisoning of any such kind, then it would all be out of you by then.
this has been a very funny thread to read through, but yes, i think the best thing to do, as everyone has suggested to you, is to send the bottles and contents off to enviromental health.
and TBH, if there was anything in the cola, other bottles would have been affected too, and not just the few that you bought. so there would be stories in local papers, radio or television, and if it was serious enough to make people that ill, they would start recalling it nationally.:heartsmil Getting Married 11th June 2011 to the lovely Graham:heartsmilWedding/honeymoon fund so far £69000 -

Why have you kept the bottles?
If you are going to do nothing, which strikes me as an odd option, then why not chuck them away (or recycle them)?0 -

Possibly to - Me and my Mam were unwell. No idea what caused it, nor willing to find out.
That seems to be the position as I understand it.
Let me know if I got that wrong0 -
