    This has made me pmsl!!! Don't worry my knickers are still ok :)

    I've had the runs before now especially on holiday it was a close call but it was never that bad that i ruined underwear!

    It could be anything that has made this happen like rice or a takeaway

    I have e-mailed Aldi with a link to this thread. If there is a problem with their cola I think they should investigate it fully ;)

    If you need to be seen quicker, ring up and ask for a telephone consultation with Ruth (nurse practitioner). She can either diagnose over the phone, ask you to pop in and see her or arrange a quicker appointment with a GP.

    we arent laughing at you or im not but you dont seem to taking our advice, you got an appointment which is 10 days away and by then the evidence will be gone
