I think A BUDGET SHOP COLA Poisoned me and my mam, but don't want it to be libelous

i bought 3 bottles of cheap cola from aldi the other day, and i was drinking it, next morning at 7 am(early for me) i was ill, vomiting and diharroa, beyond belief. anyway 2 days and im nearly surviving.
the day after i drank it, my mam did, she has also become very ill like me today, and this is what has narrowed it down to the cola.

anyway, im complaining to aldi, but i am wondering if i can get some comensation for this terrible mess.

the bed sheets have been changed many times and ive been through 14 pairs of shorts, and the price of toilet rolls are extorshinate. one duvet is a write off and the bathroom is stinking.

do i have a case for compensation?

p.s. i have no proof but this is my own view and opinion

first thing you'd need to do is give the bottles and any remaining contents to Environmental Health to prove it was the drink. I can't think of anything that would be in it to give you food poisoning

What did the hospital say it was?

no its not swine flu, but i see what you mean, it has been exactly the same symptoms with me and my mam, but the only thing we have both had the same is the cola

Probably a contagious tummy bug. Drink plenty of fluids.

yes swine flu has violent runs and vomiting, sounds like it to me, and I had it and it's not nice!
