And I finally bit the bullet after missing out a few times... 30gb ipod video - ordered late Wednesday night, arrived first thing Friday morning - even though it said 5-7 days.
Ipod looks like new, came with lead, headphones, disc etc, and in a refurb box.

Pleased as punch!

The refurb store is exactly what it sounds like and I think there's an explanation on those pages.

Thanks!! I ordered the 30GB iPod video. I presume it's a good idea to buy a case for it. Won't want it getting scratched!

Anyone know which to go for? Any where can I get one cheaply? Preferably from a high street store (only because I want to get it before I go on holiday next week)!

I was going to get the ipod video but the fact it's not in black really bothers me! So now I'm on the hunt for a nice case! My friend has a frosted plastic case for his black ipod but I have no idea what it's called.

home bargains have loads of silicone ones at 99p got one for my nano (they had 30gb ones as well) - bargain

also has speakers + hi fi connector + other cheap stuff loads of it (st annes - imagine its uk wide)

I went for 2GB black Nano for eldest for her bday(not til Dec).....came complete in brown box...charging it up now to test it etc...np so far...not a scratch in sight..looks brand new!! :j :j
