My apologies - just rechecked the website and the policy appears to have changed from when I bought a couple of Minis when they were on offer a couple of months ago - looks like full warranty now. :j

Had a 20gb (£75) photo and a 4gb (£65) mini off them and they were brand new just not in the original boxes.

I think Apple uses the 'refurbished' tag to sell off old stock.
