I have the following:
Nokia 3220 on Virgin IMEI: 359360004118670

Please could you supply an unlock code?

It is supposed to be locked to EasyMobile - but now I've tried an Easy SIM, it doesn't work. ('Phone restricted' - 'Undo')
So I tried a number of spare SIMs and the Virgin one works
(you said you couldn't unlock it from Easy - can you do it from Virgin?)
