cannot undo restriction message means that all the code tries have already been used up and it can onlt be unlocked by a shop or Market stall with service equipment

I've looked through the links suggested, but I couldn't find any unlock code for my Nokia 1101 which is from Ireland with the Meteor network. My IMEI is 357957002584746. I'd love if someone could give me one.

And any reason why the software suggested doesn't have this specific phone?

Isn't Ireland or some part of it in UK? Or Meteor isn't in UK? I live nowhere near that part of the world, it's just that my brother brought back a phone from there and I'd like to test it to see if it work in the network over here (Canada).
