the codes dont always work for this model im afraid
you dont put the spaces in
did you put a non o2 sim in to check its not already unlocked

from your imei it seems this is a 6230i
the i version needs a non orange sim in to enter the code
have you checked it is not already unlocked?
the code is correct
you only get 3 tries on 6230i -have you used them already? if so then direct unlock only

Hi a bit stuck I am trying to ulock a Nokia 6230 at trycktill. I have got as far as putting in IMEI number but am being asked for a box serial number. I cannot find this info anywhere, dont want to mess it up as its not my phone, any help gratefully received.
