A thought re the holiday lets - I could do residential MSE courses......teaching people snowballs, scratchcards and free b!ngo..... with a bit of budget planning and SOA-making. I could do a "how to use a slowcooker" weekend......."how to feed your family for a week on a fiver" courses......
Whaddya reckon?
You would have to get your head round that before you did it. But I could have saved myself thousands of pounds of debt - probably close to your original debt if you count what we hid in the mortgage - if we had learned these lessons in our early 20s....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hypno's just desperate for Pickle to move into one of those, aren't you, Hypno?
I'm an excellent ironer. But I don't do socks or underwear: life is, quite frankly, too short.
Just send me the address and I'll pop down in a week or so once I've packed the essentials...;)Please call me 'Pickle'

I have reaonsably mastered gambling loopholes involving bingo and casinos but matched betting just seems beyond me.... How long would it take for the course to pay for itself lolAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Put me down for the matched betting residential course Hypno0
-
It would have paid for itself by the time you left to go home SH.........:D
I'm teaching for Adult Ed today - not matched betting, I hasten to add! So that will be most of my day taken up. Then an evening of X factor will be very welcome.
Of course first things first, scratches, banking, and I have a survey or two in my inbox that I can attempt......oh, and one or two coffees.
