Why am I up at silly o clock because foronce I knew when I needed travelodge rooms to pick OS from uni so went for the sale at 6am and of course there are no £9 rooms for when and where I need to be - awaiting coffee now but Imight as well do scratchies and banking too - I dont know how you manage this every day setting the alarmat 5.50 was torture and then of course I had to go and reset the router because I still have dodgy internet.

I will send you some cappuccino over I am waiting for my waiter service.

Morning DT - my alarm goes off early 7 days a week......you'd think I would be used to it by now :o

Sorry you didn't get the £9 room.....I've never managed to get one for the times that they would be useful for me, yet I know someone who always seems to get a choice!

10p only on scratches, and nothing to report moneywise, so onwards and, urm, onwards.

"onwards and downwards" - that gave me a chuckle, good one. Sometimes I like this time of day, but sometimes it can be a pain, there's no two ways about it.

I like the idea of vintage C&A too!

I have parents evening tonight - DD got her mid term report yesterday which was fine, so I have no worries about parents evening, but it still has to be done, and always takes longer than expected!

Flylady today is the porch, study and landing - all quite painless, because they are all areas that have benefitted from my decluttering......although the coat/hatstand is going to get a workout this evening.

Flylady must be working, because today OH said that he would do some ironing this evening  Perhaps the cleared spaces and stuff is having the desired effect  Let's hope so!

I know how you feel Hypno, but in a slightly different way; ever since ex left Christmas isn't the same. I try to enjoy it for ds sake but my heart isn't really in it :o It isn't the same when its just me and ds, and i watch him open the stocking that I wrapped and I know whats in every parcel, then theres only me to take the photos, so they all end up being of ds, never of both of us QUOTE]

Sorry for the hijack, but even my old camera had a timer on it, so look out your manual and have a look it is sure to be there somewhere. Then THAT will be the change this christmas, pictures of you BOTH enjoying it.

Sorry I haven't been about for a bit, Life had the temerity to intervene and I had a bit too much on my plate. I'm enjoying how y'all are getting on with the debt busting and have a question. How the dickens are we all going to cope with a postal strike; I'm thinking of closing Amazon sales for the duration. Pain in the bum with the Ebay decluttering, though, innit?
