I love dates, but they are high GI too.......so not much better than a toffee really
And as for "just a couple of squares of dark chocolate"......what planet are you on? How can I be expected to eat "just" a couple of squares.
Just a couple of slabs more like.......I've never been able to do "a square will satisfy your craving":rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

I like dried cranberries - think they are only medium if you get the non added sugar ones from tesco (and a whole bag isnt that much sugar so sweet enough but not millions of calories, plus no fart issues like with apricots ) 0 ) 0

Not sure what you can have, or not, Hypno, but Granola is low GI and if you choose a good one it'll be low sugar too..... not cheap but you don't need much at a time if it's just to satisfy a craving for sweet stuff.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
