    I'm ok - just very tired, and snowed under with work......just eating my salad, and wishing it was a big fat bit of chocolate fudge brownie, or something equally yummy :rolleyes:

    Forget the chocolate cake. It is EVIL and will give you short term pleasure for long term misery (OK, even I don't believe that!)

    TBH it was a bit of a waste. I only went because DD whines that I'm the only Mum never there :o. I expected the children to be there, but they were in school until the usual time, so I sat drinking cold coffee from polystyrene cups making polite chit chat and buying things I didn't need to "support the school" :rolleyes:.
    As my friend said - it would have been easier to ask us all for a fiver instead. Agreed.

    A bit of a flying visit - I am working on the download site this evening so will have dinner and then head straight out. In an attempt to get into one of my party frocks, I am doing low-carb for a few days.......so, cheese salad for lunch, and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for dinner......I will be desperate for a bag of haribo very soon :rolleyes:

    Oooh good luck with the low carb Hypno - not something I could stand to do - I love my jacket spuds too much! (mind you the docs want me to up my protein, well and my food in general!)

    I'm trying to drop the carbs this week too. It's our do on Friday and my dress is uber-tight. My friend and I started a "10 weeks / 10lbs" weight loss challenge 9 weeks ago and so far I've lost 4lbs :o

    Just had salmon salad for tea, but had a cheese sandwich and 2 finger Kitkat for lunch :o:D

    Im thinking of doing one in DMail last week.
    You eat normally one day & the next day you eat very few calories.
