I got the website to load but not the banking bit. There must be gremlins about as the bc site has gone odd too - won't show my balance but it is showing recent transactions.

Hypno it's not just you with BB. I created an account and it won't let me deposit either, and I'm not with Halifax. Also when I tried to email support the email bounced back as undeliverable. They must be having a bad morning!!

oh, yes, sarahneedle - OH needs me to help him with the bingo and scratches, so much that I am virutally doing it for him ;) Therefore, all winnings are under my control!

I can get the home page for halifax, but when I click on sign in, it just gives me a blank page.......glad it is not just me!

I managed to deposit on my bb account - using my barclays account, and withdrew without a problem too, but on OH it is not accepting the halifax one.

Perhaps the storm is messing up t'internet!!

Weirdly the sun has just broken out here now and the wind has dropped.
Just wish I wasn't so sleepy today Jekel and Hyde neighbours had friends around again last night after the pub-about 1 am I'd had enough of the music pounding so banged on the door-They sent a mate to answer it -wimps-but did turn it off-but then decided to sing ARGHHH

We had a little break in the storm and I thought it had passed - the wind dropped and the sun came out......but it was just teasing us and it is once again very dark, very wet, and very windy.......

Your neighbours sound delightful duchy

Ah well won't risk putting the washing out then

They are a bloody nightmare-Both nice people sober -but when they go on the lash it's a nightmare especially as they are both very jealous types. They were fighting in the street the other night after he went to the pub instead of coming home after work. On the up side they do always shut up when I go round and tell them to knock it off as I can't hear to work when he kicks off-and the language is vile too (and apologise the next day if they have any memory of it). I'm fairly careful as their friends are pretty violent but it's getting to the point that I'll be giving their landlord hell especially as he evicted the last tenant who was quiet and looked after the house with a lie about selling the house... because he didn't want a housing benefit tenent.
Sorry I'm just venting- it's a difficult situation -like I said like living next door to Jeckel and Hyde <sigh>
