:cool:I bought my first house at 18 - one bed starter home.
Next one at 22 - 3 bed mid terrace
Next one at 25 - 3 bed detached
Then at 26 - 4 bed detached - everything ok up until that point.
Then at 28 bought what turned out to be the house from hell.........
sold House from Hell at 31 and rented for a year.
Bought present 4 bed detached at 32.........still there.
The plan was for me to be in the dream house by 40.......I started off well, at least
I bought my first home at 18 tooI hate moving though so people will probably have to force me to move again
Next year im hoping to save up to get a new kitchen and bathroom put in... Thats the plan

Ahhhhh... I forgot that most English students in their last year of school are 18.
My [STRIKE]house[/STRIKE] flat history...
Flat 1 - aged 18 (just before I turned 19)
Flat 2 - aged 27... still there... Its a fair bit smaller than my 1st flat (and needs loads of work) but is in my home city which is about a million times more expensive...
My (hopefully! :rotfl:) cunning plan is to pay off my mortgage on or before the 25yr anniversary of taking out my 1st mortgage (ie the day it would have been completely paid off, if I hadn't moved and taken out a new mortgage etc -its in 2019). OPs to date are less than £100 so I've got a looooooong way to go! :rotfl:Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!
