I had a refer a friend bonus on Friday - played it through and won with it....which I withdrew and got the money in my bank today. I had another RAF bonus on Sunday but won nothing, so still

Then I am confused too - or else they are having a crack down on all accounts starting today I withdrew 10.30ish last night processed at 7.36 this morning by Vera acording to my account I have to wager £131.13 to avoid losing BBs but dont have any BBs to lose and wouldn't care if I did lose them. Interesting to know when the first email was sent.

Oooh dear, sounds like there are problems with bingo
I'm not on KPJ, I decided against it, as I'd have had to download something and this is a company laptop....

I have enjoyed my time on BB, but am expecting the bubble to burst once my 30 day bonus deal is up

Hope no one loses money - play carefully everyone x

Aargh.... the £71 I withdrew on Sunday is still showing on my KJP account, and there/s a note saying it's on hold until I send 3 items of proof of identify. Has everyone had to send these?

This would ring serious alarm bells for me....what do the t&c's say seaxwyn?

Hope DD got on well at the Open evening Hypno :)

Seax it might be cos you want to withdraw more than £50 try withdrawing one lot of £49 and then another lot of the balance. That might work....It did with me on another site I just withdrew £49 a day until the money was all out of their system.. I think it is to do with money laundering...

Honestly, macgirl, seaxwyn etc, sending in ID is pretty standard. I have no problems or issues with doing that.

    Morning Hypno :p

Hope the bingo gremlins don't come your way, and other people's bingo issues are resolved to their benefit.

Positive vibes coming your way chevalier, you can't fail with a great user name like that. All the best.
