If it was me, I would probably try to withdraw, but I am not sure why you have so much bonus money!
I really am confused by it all, and because I am not in the same boat I don't really know what to suggest.
Sorry

i think you perhaps got less bonus as you went via quidco.... For me it was the real money balance they gave me that was the problem - £5!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Withdrawals normally sit in their system for a day or so....then they process them, and send them to your bank.
If you go to "my account" and log in there, it gives you a "withdrawal analysis" which will give you an idea of when they will move it from "pending" to "allocated" to "confirmed".
That's my experience, anyway, but it seems that you are having hassles I have never come across.
SH, I think it was, indeed, something to do with going through quidco, but DT went through quidco too, and she is having problems that I am not, so that just adds to the confusion.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Keep checking Lucielle. Mine seemed to withdraw OK but evidently it didn't. I will scan my documents, hope this isn't some elaborate identity-stealing scam!Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620

I think my problems have stemmed from the refer a friend bonus so if you have not withdrawn since you had yours I suggest that you don't top up to make £20 but wait until you win that amount at least then if they refuse the withdrawal you won't lose your own money.
