If it was mine I think I would try and withdraw you will lose the bonus money anyway and I wouldn't want to risk my own money because if you play now you would spend your real money before any bonus money so you would need to win more than £20 to get your original money back - but I suggest you wait to see what Hypno thinks she has a lot of experience in these matters.

i've now been told that as i deposited £10 and they gave me £30 as well as the orginal £10 sign on bonus that i have to wager a total of £60. They're getting a snotty email back from me asking where in the terms and conditions this was made clear and whether i should have been able to refuse their offer once i knew the conditions. Grrrrrr0

when you registered to play at King Jackpot you received £5 cash and £5 bonus bucks as a signup bonus for registering and downloading the King Jackpot software. You then deposited £10 and received £30 bonus bucks for making your first deposit. However you did not use any of the bonus bucks so these were not factored in when calculating how much you needed to wager to meet the wagering requirements for cashing in. However you may request to have the bonus bucks returned to your account when a cashin has been returned to your bingo account and bonus bucks were forfeited when making the cashin. To do this click on Live Chat when logged into King Jackpot and ask support to please return the bonus bucks to your account that were forfeited as your cashin was returned.
The total amount of your deposit, deposit bonus, plus promotional bonus is £15, meaning that from the time of that deposit until prior to cashin you must wager 3 times that amount in bingo games (excluding Mega Bingo) or 10 times that amount in slot games (excluding Roulette) in order to have a cashin processed.
Bingo Wagering Requirement: £45
or
Slots Wagering Requirement: £150
Current Bingo Wagering: £15
Current Slot Wagering: £0
Amount Still needed to wager in order to have a cashin processed:
Bingo: £30
or
Slots: £150
The wagering requirements regarding cashins where a Signup Bonus or Promotional Bonus have been received can be found at http://www.kingjackpot.co.uk/termsandconditions.asp under the section titled “Bonus Monies.”

This sounds horrible - I'm glad SH has won some, but finally taking the plunge and getting these sorts of emails is horrible.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I'm very confused then.......
When I signed up, I deposited £10 and got £10 bonus money - I played through all of that and never won anything - since then, I have just played free games, and any bonus money they have given me ie the odd 50p, £2 and my refer a friend money.
I just top up when I win, to make the minimum £20, sometimes reversing cash in if I win again soon after, and withdraw the money, forfeiting any remaining bonus bucks.
I suppose I won't know if I have a withdrawal/wagering problem until I next try and do it - so I am not any help to those of you having problems.
I am sorry you are having such hassles, and am not sure what to suggest.
I didn't get big amounts of bonus bucks after signing up - nothing like SH is talking about, so I wonder if my sign up "restrictions" are different because of the time that I signed up and the sign up bonus on offer at the time - but then, that was at the same sort of time as DT signed up, so I can't understand why she would have problems.

That's quite normal - some have to, some don't early on, but most people do when they get bigger withdrawals requested......scan your documents and email them over....that shouldn't cause you any problems (famous last words!)Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
