Nooooooooooooo  I am one of the sad people who look at your signature to see if it has gone down & I'm looking forward to seeing it below 20k (note to self - get a life :o) . By all means show your mortgage debt but please show it separate.

Lol you just saved me a job :rotfl:

It was indeed a mystery shop :rotfl:

And I have changed the sig.....reason being that it may be aaaages before the non mortgage debt gets paid now.......and the numbers will go down so slowly that I will be demotivated and I can't have that, now!

So, we will see how we go with the big numbers.......I can always change it again if I need :o

  • I saw the change in signature and almost passed out! :rotfl:

I'd thought you had to bundle more debt on yourself!

Must try this B!ngoBritain thing, just need to wait 13 days till I get my frist paycheck for 2 1/2 month!

Then the diary get's created and everyone can see the true horror of my finances! :D
 Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!

Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!

How do you amass £70k in a year?!

Lol, don't worry, I wasn't harboring a secret massive debt in the background.....tis just the mortgage.

When the "big number" is at £125,000 I can start househunting properly......that is the figure that relates to the completion of the squares sheet, and at which I would have enough equity vs new mortgage/salary multiple to get the budget I have been looking at (all things staying equal in terms of house prices and salaries, that is).

So.....still some way to go, but the aim would be to be at £125,000 in a couple of years time.

Afternoon everyone - I'm back. Had a lovely time in Derbyshire - first time that DH and I have been away (apart from 2 days for our 10th WA) with out kids for 21 years !!!! They are all grown up now!. Photos are on facebook if anyone is remotely interested.

Have skimmed through about 20 pages so far - Go Skiing Hypno you deserve it. Did Miss H have a good time in China? I'm assuming so.

Have just ripped some music to put on a movie and now can;t find where it is stored, so must go and find it - I know it is here on the computer somewhere.

Just been to Tescos - that place on a Saturday afternoon is not fun!!! But I spent just under £30 so not bad, especially when taken into condsideration the trick or treat goodies, and the gin, tonic and ben and jerrys ice cream :rotfl:

surfbabe, I am glad you have had a nice time away - and as for the kitchen, well I reckon we can allow you that.....as long as you invite us all round for the grand kitchen opening when it is finished :D

Pickle, well done on serving in mandarin! I expect your customer was very impressed :D The English are usually so poor at languages, so it will have been a nice change for someone to give it a go!

LT, I am very pleased you got a good win on the bingo - I had a nice one yesterday too - £44 which is my biggest this year, so I was happy too.

DT - I am in Pontypool in a couple of weeks - is that anywhere near you?

    Errrrrrrrrrrrr no :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Not proper Welsh down there though:D

Bloody hell woman so busy catching up on your diary I missed the free game:D

New sig  not sure I think you should include the other debt as well more landmarks to celebrate even if they do come more slowly.

Bingo win on KJ vall or I would have been happy to have taken it to save your BBs not sure about the refer a friend scheme no BB yet I wonder if SH has deposited? - bet if it comes I will just have won been a bit slow on there recently for me when I do win it is shared so £1.66 and £2.50 this week but £5 up on Britain so not complaining.

Nearest ski slope to us is Llandudno but not sure if it counts as a proper one haven't been there for years (just watching I think I am a bit dyspraxic can't ride a bike or skate :o did have polio when I was 2 so that may be why) so may have shut

Left the best for last - the ski holiday you just must go - plead at work if necessary - did laugh about the snogging though :naughty:
