    Oooh not sure about the new sig hypno :confused:

    Anyhow, enjoy the Ben & Jerry's! I nipped to our local Tesco Express for ice cream last night - detoured past a house that's just gone up for sale on one of my favourite roads :D

    But resisted Ben & Jerry's on MSE grounds so bought 3 Magnums instead!:A

    Rates will fluctuate throughout the life of the mortgage anyway, so you will have to edit it as they do, but for now you have a good starting point!

    Have you thought about using Locoblade's mortgage spreadsheet? I find it pretty useful... :D

    I'm lost already (spreadsheets are not my strong point!) - I will need to look at it again when I have my clever head on. At the moment I have my bingo head on, which is interchangeable with my TrashySaturdayTV head!

    I love that spreadsheet, you can change the interest rate when necessary, add one off overpayments - lovely! none of my RL friends are particularly interested let alone obsessed so I love it here. Was trying to explain quidco to someone the other day but she "can't be bothered" - same friend who is always skint...
