Not all guys deserve to have their bits removed!

However, I do know some that should have had them removed. At birth!

SBC your safe i won't be bashing just anyone with a bat, just the pain that keeps texting me asking how my days going, and as I finish soon very well.
I'll be back on tonight I'm looking at phone deals cos my contract runs out on the 28th, and i want as much cashback as possible and unlimited email, so if anyones got any recomendations let me know, been looking at getting a blackberry, and anyone would think i'm an IT wizard, I only wish.

I'm supposed to be working but, rant away. we've probably all been there I felt like bashing my ex with a bat haven't yet but I could do.

You know deep down your better off without him but it takes so long for your head to realise that, if you want to do something on a weekend let me know cos I can drive to Bradford and it might help to get out even if it's just for a coffee, I love this site cos it's the only place that I don't feel odd for still been single, and I know I'm not the only one who meets the bad ones.

Thank you so much for caring: Noah is arriving Saturday so I hope he will distract me so that I can cope. I know I will get over him in time, but can't see any way that I will get over what he has done - I used to be slim, confident, trusting and fun ... :( Three years of my life has been one big fat lie.

Hello all am popping on with wine in hand but I fear I am aloneicon9.gif. Sorry to hear you are having a bad time at the moment Fire Foxicon9.gif It won't always feel like this...I know that's rubbish consolation at the moment but it will get better.

    Today's list
    • read papers online
    • coins in piggy
    • free coffee and toast at work
    • top up shop at Co-op, cost £9 (lots of reduced things, plus wine:o)
    • store cupboard meals
    • checked online banking
Not much today, but am quite pleased with the shopping, should last a little while, mainly fruit and sandwich stuff, but am going to have to venture to tesco to do a proper shop soon.

Also, I weighed myself after not bothering for a while and I think I have lost 8lbs altogether:D Must be all this frugality;). I will check properly at the weekend.

Eight pounds is a brilliant weight loss, may well be down to taking your own lunches and cooking more from scratch! :T

Does opening tins and heating the contents count as cooking from scratch?:o I think it may also be that I am trying to make do with what I have and being too lazy to cook. Making my own lunches has probably helped though, as I am trying not to spend anything unnecessarily and so I am not going to the vending machine at lunch time. :D

Tinned food is generally healthier than takeaways and vending machines!
