I had a look at that, it has one for £39.99 without a DVD, is it worth it or do you really need the DVD? What sort of results do you get?

I don't have to be penny pinching until Sunday so could place an order quickly:D

We should have some spare beginner Training Plan 1 DVDs at work as we got one with each bar (bought six!). I'm off sick at present but will be back in about two or three weeks, so if you remind me I could post you one out? If you don't mind me passing your address onto my colleague (he is CRB checked!!) I can ask someone else to dig one out and post it.

You will tone the same way as you do with any strength exercise, as long as you put the effort in. Because you work so many muscles at the same time, you get results in less time which is obviously motivating! I also find it fun, as do my class.

Sarah I've just read the post you wrote yesterday and I feel all excited for you! :j You can't beat a new plan, and you're sounding very determined. Can't wait to see that sig going up everyday.

Well I eventually joined the gym yesterday :j I've been saying I'm going to do it for ages and now I have. The bloke charged me £13 too much aswell so I'll be seeing him about that this morning and just going to ask for it to be taken off next months payment. So next month I'll only have to pay £12 for the month. I've got to say I didn't enjoy yesterday's session but I know I will get into it eventually.
I didn't weigh myself for Shoe Gal's challenge but I am going to get weighed today.

I've been up since 6:30...mega excited, as it's tonite I'm going to watch Greenday. The lass I'm going with got up early too and she's equally as excited, so we've been texting all morning and I've got butterflies. My mate said she wants to put her outfit on already but doesn't want to crease it :rotfl: We're not setting off till 3!

And typical... I'll get back home about 1:30am, DD has got a football match tomorrow morning and has to be there for 9:30 when any other week, when I've got my car she doesn't have to be there till 10:30. I've decided i'm going to put some money aside for a taxi there we'll just walk back or get a bus.

Just posted this on my diary, but duplicating here. Look on the freebies board for free samples of Toblerone Tobelle and some free skincare samples from sk:n. I would post links, but I don't know how to. I ordered both yesterday :D

  • I would love to join in the dieting challenge, as I have been 9 1/2 stone all of my life...but I'm now at almost 11!unfortunately, I go on holiday tomorrow (YAY!) and I believe it would actually be a criminal offence not to eat my own body weight in food every day. So, when I come back, I will be absolutely hammering it, in order to fit in all of my christmas dresses! No doubt by then I will be about 12 stone, as I plan to visit quite a few all you can eat buffets out there! And I have heard KFC sells mash out there- which I think is a fabulous idea- and my hotel is NEXT DOOR to a KFC, which is my favourite takeaway ever!So I plan to eat quite a few of those...
I don't know what it is about holidays but I just see them as an opportunity to eat everything in sight- probably a psychological reason for that, but who cares when theres KFC to be eaten!

I always think that the holiday activities of dips in pools, wandering around pretty towns and dancing in nightclubs cancels out the food......
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

    Debt-free and Proud!
Morning all.. well ive been poorly all week and today i have still to venture out of bed! And its my birthday weekend. 36 tomorrow.

Was going to have a couple of drinks with some friends tonight but have had to cancel as nose streaming, back aching and feel totally yuk !

so am also now feeling pretty miserable after spending all day yesterday on my own with the prospect of today and tomorrow the same if i am not well.

cant have friends even pop in as dont want them to catch this cold.

So i am hoping that i can keep myself occupied on here today in between my coughing fits and nose runs! lol

Hope everyone else s steering clear of the lurghy!

Oh no Yargo! I was the same the other week. It's horrible when you're ill, can't go out and see people and there's nobody there to make you a cup of tea. Hang around here, I'm sure people will be around throughout the day. Get well soon and Happy Birthday!
