I'm in too! Been watching the X then had a long chat with mum on the phone. Had some red wine tonight but quite sensible really.
Okay then re the big question last night 'Be a Grown up or have fun'? The answer to this is fun all the way. being grown up is totally over rated and frankly quite dull. I scrimp yes but it's so i can really enjoy the socialising and fun I do have. I worked as a rep and on ships for 8 years and had such fun and now I'm back in the UK still having a great time. Being honest, you can do all the 'normal' stuff at any age. The time to have fun is now. Do you want to sit in your rocker at 90 wishing you'd seen/done a bit more? Go for it girl XXX'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -

Morning ladies!! Hope everyones ok/ not too hungover?
Pink was fab!!She is absolutely tiny and I have complete body envy! She wore some great outfits and got changed about 8 times, she started the show by coming flying out of the floor and through the air, and finished it by doing that thing where your legs are wrapped in material and you are up in the air doing gymnastics- no idea what it's called but looked really dangerous! also included a bit of bungee jumping above the stage in there!
The stage was a giant circus, with slides and things, and also a bed for them to have a pillow fight on? And she had lots of people doing really dangerous things!
Only bad points was we were waiting an hour after the warm up for her to come on, so we didn't get home till half 1, and I'm at work today and shattered! Oh and some stupid girls next to us pushed in, blocked our view, and then stood and chatted about what drugs they had been taking. I don't see the need for any of that, so was quite p!ssed off- we don't need to know!
So roll on next week now...need to get everything sorted for holidays now! yay!
Sorry to blather on but quite excited this week now! Hope everyone has a fun sunday- think of me, at work, probably getting shouted at by some angry customer, as thats the way the last 2 sundays have gone!0 -
Hey clarabella
Sounds like an amazing Gig. I saw Kylie last year and it was the same kind of thing - really amazing stage show with fabulous dancing. Where did you go? I hope the customers lay off you today!!
I'm up early for a Sunday so I'm hoping I actually make the most of things and get lots done!I've got my own flat :j:j

Oh sounds fab Clarabella, glad you had a good time. Don't blame you for being excited this week, I hope you have a fantastic holiday.
I didn't bother getting up early this morning, I thought I'd spend the extra hour in bed being lazy coz it's what I'm good at
Good on you makeup for making the most of your Sunday :T
My plan for the day is to watch the l'pool united game and then go out for tea with nicnacnoo and the kids. I spent the day in yesterday as I've no car and it was chuckin it down so I did all my chores, even washed my curtains  first time in 5 years thoughInitial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

visited farmers market and got some lovely beef for stew and chestnut sausages
charging camera batteries so can photograph stuff ready for ebay#
done quite a bit of tidying up - but more needed!
I still need to go to supermarket and get stuff for week ahead, make soup for lunch next week and some bramley apple bread, for which I've most of the ingredients.
But first I'm gonna have a nap - that is what Sunday's are all about!!!I've got my own flat :j:j

Hi all, have weighed myself and it would appear that a week of feeling very poorly indeed, including a couple of days when I could not even eat, has resulted in a weight loss of 1lb:rolleyes:. Hmm. On the plus side it takes my total loss to 9lbs which I am very happy with but I wanted to go over the 10lb threshold.
Will have to try harder this week.
Am going to attempt some housework type things now so I can count them as exercise. I have lots I want to get done as I have allowed myself to get cluttered again which is not good. I am going to aim for one bag of clothes and one bag of books for charity shop and 3 bags of rubbish to throw out.
