Awww gwen
I am still in the keep men away from me with a big barge pole phase and expect I will be for a long time to come but I hope you do find someone nice and soon I really do hun!
Lula if your comfortable on your own emotionally and financially than thats great, I would love to buy my own house whilst single and have that security/independence but I also want to travel abroad, move away and just live a little now I have my freedom to do what I want and I am still very young really, because I was with my ex since I was 18 though and lived with him from 19 I got tied down, only thing holding me from just uping and leaving is my cats really.
Be a grown up or have fun....Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Nope, tried to post an image, but can't do it. Ah well, it was a pic of Hugh Jackman, which made me feel better anywayThough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0

Hmmmm,
I wouldnt say I was financially comfortable ... more like financially happier & in control of what goes in & outI am certainly better off than I've been in past relationships as always seem to end up with guys who are complete losers, thieves, needing to prove how succesful they are to their families - at my expense .
The reason I had all those negative thougts about that guy were probably because I didnt fancy him in the slightest & was therefore able to be completely objective. If it had been Gorgeous Guy then he would probably already have my pin number & his washing would be in my machine as I type :rotfl: No, I'm not that sappy but isnt it scary how emotions cloud judgement
I dont own my home & have now come to accept that unless I inherit or marry then I probably never will. I want to travel, live abroad, on a houseboat, in a camper van etc etc etc but am just trying not to think about any of that until debt free. Hopefully by then my moneysaving skills & penny pinching ways will be so firmly entrenched that I will find it easy to save up to pursue my dreams.
As to growing up  NEVER:D
Off to drink more wine & watch dvd before lovefilm send out a search party
Boots probably are caught up in postal strike although my other mail is getting through fine -tried to contact seller but just got standard reply saying they were expected to be delivered between 22nd & 23rd
Better turn up or would have been better off spending the extra £75 & buying a pair from River island as per original plan
night night all

I forgot to confess that last night the ex-Mr. Fire Fox and I were texting somewhat suggestive content. Eventually the inevitable he requested a photo: I duly obliged with a tasteful shot of my pu$$y ....
... cat Noah. :A

Lol Fire Fox!
I've found an article on sending mobile phones off:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/mobile-recycling
There's a tool on there to compare how much you might get from the different companies. I should have known there'd be an article. I :heart2: MSE!Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -
Hey girlies! Hope everyones feeling ok?
Had a very mixed week...
A PPI claim I had put in finally arrived, so I recieved £750- woohoo!:j
But the same day my car went in for an MOT, and I was told it was a death trap, someone had obviously faked the last one and PLEASE don't put my child back in that car.
So back on the buses. But I have got a few more xmas pressies for DD, and I go see Pink tonight in concert, courtesy of little sis! Plus, next week, it's finally here...HOLIDAY TIME! 2 1/2 weeks in Florida, where it is currently lovely and hot, and I don't have to go to work! Woohoo!:cheesy::dance:
So I am currently thinking of hair and clothing options for tonight- I think a giant quiff and crimped hair is needed, together with skinny jeans, but not sure about heels or pumps. Any ideas?0 -
You need your dancing shoes on, Clarabella!!Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

:rotfl::rotfl: Don't stand too near the front if they have pyrotechnics!Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -
Aaargh! crimping just made my hair look frizzy and too much hairspray meant it wouldn't straighten out so now trying to wash, blowdy and straighten in the next 20 mins! not fun!0
