Hey all, at Mum and Dads for a few days so just cathcing up.

Well done on the weightloss ladies and Tracey glad you are feeling better.

Re the man thing why don't you give it a rest for a bit as it seems to knock you back more than it should and maybe care for yourself for a bit and do it again when you feel stronger. It can be a fab ego boost but if it goes wrong then it can make you feel even lower and I think that's too big a risk for now, just my advice hon take it or leave it.

Had a fab week off and lots of laughs with the girls. XXX

I think thats good advice Souk...Its hard being by yourself sometimes, I know, but I think sometimes if you go for a relationship before your ready you can get very clingy, and insecure, and thats not the type of relationshp anyone needs! You'll just end up getting hurt. I've been there myself, its very hard to know what to do for the best, but one day you'll wake up, realise how fabulous you are and the men will come flocking to you! I do feel for you Tracey, it's very hard when you can see how right someone could be, but its not good timing...but if its meant to be it will all turn out good in the end.

I have been single now for too long 8 years really and all I want is someone to share good times with and have a laugh. I am definitely ready for a relationship and have been for a long time. I enjoyed being single for around 6 years when I got divorced in 2001 and now I am ready to be part of one again. I know i am a nice girl and one day I will find someone but I am not going to give up, but when I am on my own I always keep busy look after myself, pamper myself, read and enjoy the time in my home. Yes when I like someone it does knock me back when they finish with me but thats only because I am sensitive and then when I get my head back on I bounce back. and i have done already. I have men friends who think Im fabulous and they buck me up and have been far more supportive than my other best friend who hardly ever contacts me now even when I contact her.

I am keeping my chin up so far.:D

  • Chin keeping up. Just found out by accident that bloody tesco homephone has transferred my calls back to bt and I never knew until i saw my dd from bt go up from £9 to £28.

phoned bt up and they said they have had no orders to transfer them back, so they have put me on a low user package £12.79 a month. Ive sent a complaint to tesco home phone for the £17 worth of calls bt have charged me for since jan. I have had no notice from tesco or bt.

Also tesco cc added interest on my balance which was under £2k and its now gone over and I had to make a payment and they have suspended the dd for now, but also noticed my s/o was still set up so £59 has gone to the cc on 17/5.

Seems this month I am out of touch with my bills:(

But Im not crying or getting upset so the tablets are working thank god.

Ive not paid my last gym payment yet, they will get it next month.

If my job does not change soon i may have to stick the 2k on my mortgage and i dont want to do that. vicious circle it is.

this month got one cd for my daughters birthday and thats all i can afford.:o

Hello all:). Have been thinking about not having a man and decided I really can't be bothered at the moment. I am too busy, I am too tired, I am trying to get this place ship shape so I can move out, I really want to concentrate on getting some money together and being as frugal as possible, I don't want to be spending money on going out or new clothes etc (would turn down a mini break right now even though I have just the right bag:)) I am too fat and want to get my weight down to a reasonable level. Quite franky a man would be in the way. (Unless he was rich, I'm not stupid:o).

I want to get anything non essential ebayed off but am way past the initial excitement and just want it gone, am sick of constantly photographing/typing/queueing. Am planning a big push to get everything gone by June so I can finally have some space back. Am sick of doing a few things a week, am going to take a week off and list every single thing I want rid of and then start sorting the rest to be used/thrown/charity shopped/car booted. I always feel loads better when my living space is tidy and the constant mess is driving me mad. There are bags of potential things to sell and wrapping stuff everywhere and I need it gone so I can take stock.

I need to start thinking and behaving like a grown up and basically get my act together. I have to stop drifting along waiting for things to happen. Am not particularly happy or unhappy, am just bored, need a new challenge, want to get out of this place as soon as I can. I need to change my job and have a few ideas about this but am not going to do anything drastic just yet, am concentrating on clearing debt/moving house at the moment.

(Am feeling rather hormonal at the moment. I'm sure no one guessed though:)) I just really, really want my own house.:)

You are doing that freaky mind reading thing again!

am not supposed to be here supposed to be studying. however I coldn't read and run when you sound exactly like me.

I am decluttering over half term. Mum and I are arguing more over my sister. It is seriously getting me down.

Anyhow I too have to be more grown up. I have figure out a way to not let that get me. Increasingly it is becoming clear the only way is to move out. Makes me sad.

any how see you all later in the week

    xxxx

Sorry about the freaky mind reading stuff.:D

Looks like we will have to think of a new "moving out challenge.":) It seems so clear to me now that this is the way forward and the quickest way for me is to forget the deposit saving, move to a rented flat and do the saving from there. It might take longer but I will still have my own place. Am too old for flat share with huge bills and NMs.

Good luck with the studying and hope things get better with your mum x
