Butterflies - I can only echo the others advice. Speak to your doctor today and see what help they can give you.

You sound really down but I hope you can find something to help you feel better.

I can see how difficult it must have been for andy as well though, he must have applied for that visa ages ago, well before he met you and it would be hard to make that decision if you have been planning that move for so long.

Try not to take it personally, he would have gone regardless probably if he had been thinking about this for a long time. I know it will be hard but try to keep thinking about positive things, you've done so well to get yourself out there on the dating websites and I know you will be able to come back from this let down.

thanks I dont blame andy just can't handle things at the moment, been to doctor i broke down in tears, hes put me on citalopram and go back in a month and gotta have an x-ray on my thumb as he thinks I may have some lumpy tissue as its red and sore. just feel let down all the time.
ive not eaten all day been in bed all time, my ex mil came round to comfort me and talk and she told my dad over the phone but i have not had a single phone call from my parents and thats just what i expected no caring attitude at all.

I am just having a cup-soup really not hungry and feel tired and lethargic. I am back in work tomorrow so just want to keep quiet. I have sent my mortgage form back to get it changed to a longer term to reduce the re-payments for six months or so and sent a complaint to co-op about the £45 i apparently owe them that shows on my credit report.

Feel really low but just want peace and quiet. couldnt even look at people as i walked to the doctors.

I'm so sorry Butterflies, you must be so disappointed. Like makeup says though, if he's been planning it for that long, there probably wasn't much that would have stopped him going.

I'm glad you've been to the doctors. Please try and eat, it's important you look after yourself. Try and take it easy, give yourself some little treats if you can.

Also, even with all this going on, you're looking after your finances by sending off forms and writing letters. Well done you!! :T

Maybe give yourself a bit of time then could you try looking on the internet for some good ways to improve your CV?

Well I'm moving into a better room in the place I'm in. It's going to be an extra £150 a month but I figure I can afford that and it's worth it because the room is much bigger and I can make it a bit more homely. Which means I might stop getting itchy feet about moving into a place of my own.

I've also worked out that I spend about that much on cigarettes so this is surely the best incentive yet to stop smoking.

    Hiya,
Got Thursday and Friday off work, can't wait been watching the clock all day, roll on 5.

Had some sad news this week my uncle has cancer and although it's bad we don't know how long he has yet, I want to cry but can't seem to and it's giving me an headache, it brought all the memory's of my mum and her sister's dying with cancer not very pleasant, but I'm going to cheer up somehow cos I'm not going to keep getting dragged down by bad news.

Got loads of gardening planned rest of week and going to Knaresborough and Harrogate Saturday, my neice say's she's had a message from my mum to say we have to go to starbucks on Saturday, she may as well give up pretending to be psychic we were going anyway.

Right when I'm next online I will be more cheerful, Makeup when are you moving we have a mattress to sort out?

Hi Makeup the paperwork allways takes ages far longer than the date your originally given, I lost the will to live with it, good job my ex was sorting it.

Righty going to have a coffee and crack on with some work, will that clock ever move.
