I've done it in short bursts and it works :j Try it for 2/3 weeks to start you off - then the initial fast loss will motivate you to stick to healthy eating if you get bored with itSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

Juicing works, I lost 7lbs in 7 days.:j It is bl00dy expensive though. And time consuming. I used a Jason Vale book (? I think that's the right name) and the receipes (sp) were delicious. I had to cheat though and have a small meal in the evenings as I was starving.
It still worked though:) You are supposed to be able to lose a stone in 2 weeks if you stick at it properly and if I had the time I would do it again.
