Damn those girls on SAID thread!!

I got a book from the library on food and mood - it's great (not that I've put it into plan yet - it involves a food diary and I find my spending diary bad enough!) but that's my plan to help with the food, mood and exercise...
Not sure what to do about the man bit... generally when I go out my ex tends to be there (we split up a few years ago and are still friends - we had a large group of mutual friends so kinda had to get over ourselves if we wanted to see any of our friends). Still it makes flirting something I'm even more self-conscious off! Not sure I even remeber what you're supposed to do.

Hiya, i had a good bank holiday weekend, so booked some days off for next week, so i could rest, I'll gloss over my spending cos the weekend cost a bit, but did go out and enjoy myself.
Keep thinking I should get a new car stereo, so i can link my ipod to it, then think i ain't pending that on it, then think may as well if it stops me trying to spend the money on something else like junk, i'm driving myself up the wall.0 -
Hey all,

Hello you,
glad that you enjoyed your rest over the bank hol & as to the spend /no spend dilemma, that's me all over.... then I just go & buy something completely random & usually twice the price too - that'll be why I have a wardrobe being delivered this week rather than a new bike :rotfl:
Souk08 - married peeps = a whole heap of crazy.
The Big Cheese Boss at work still sulking & not talking to me; I must have really hurt his ego :rotfl:I think he's waiting for me to back down ... could be a very long wait.
Still high on caffeine & paint fumes overdose but my room looks F A B U L O U S , no clutter & all clean & fresh :j
Have to face the demon again tomorrow & have a full on day, so need to get an early night
Hugs & love all round & hurray for new figure enhancing clothes etc ...

I was 49lbs overweight this time last year, so fear not, it can be done. At a snail's pace obviously:( but doable. Am now only 28lbs overweight.:rotfl::( It's so damn hard to lose in your 30s:( My top tip (says she who has lost 4lbs in 4 months:o) is to stick to a small but managable food budget. Mine is £20 and it really does force you to think about what you are going to eat for the week and also avoids all that throwing out food that has gone off.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
Lula, your house sounds ace!
Buffy, maybe you should do an evil diet to just get it off then go for the sensible long term option after (don't all shout at me, just an idea!) X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
