My car failed its MOT:mad: Grrrr. £170 to get it fixed and pay for MOT. I suppose it could have been worse but I could have done without it. :( Had to go on the cc but I will try to transfer that much back over at the end of the month.

On the plus side I have made my first ebay sale:j which was hugely exciting to watch:D and have a couple of others finishing tonight. At the moment I am a whole £5 richer:D but I have to pay for fees and postage out of that. I have a whole pile of things ready for tomorrow to photograph and load up to sell next weekend. :j

Hope everyone has had a good day:)

what was wrong with it that cost £170?

I'm not sure:o:D The MOT cost £55 and the rest was to fix it, it was something to do with the water.

Fab news Sarah, have been wondering how you got on with the ebay!

You've been inspiring me to get going with my huge pile.

I've been all political today, went on my very first march, Million Women Rise. Was so much fun walking down Oxford Street in front of all the shoppers!!!!

Got really cold towards the end though, not quite as sunny as it first seemed!

Just chilling at home tonight watching a bit of Lets Dance and now NCIS.

I really need to do some tidying up though....

    It seems endless....

Feeling a bit nervous / excited / anxious as today was the last viewing day for the flats I'm interested in so I'm going to find out one way or another this week.......I've been entering lots of comps for furniture and homewares in preparation :rotfl: those £500 ikea vouchers will be mine!!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Water pump gone? You need to know what is wrong with the car and ask them for the old parts for proof they have done the work.
A water pump does not cost that much.
I know you just want it to get through mot but I don't want you to be ripped off.
