Ooh I like that dress bibbity. Right if you're normally quite smart I'd go smartish. Is it a jeans and heels/glam top do or a dress and heels affair?

I'm only really smart when I can be bothered to make the effort tbh :o

I think it could be either really! I'd thought along the lines of straight leg jeans, super high heels and some kind of top, but a dress could be good too.

Sorry, I'm not really helping much am I?!

Thanks girls :) Good luck with the jobs Bibbity, let us know how you get on.

I only have a basic phone deal aswell. If I were rich, I'd like an iphone, but at the moment, there are other things I'd like more. Think of your amazing holiday makeup...are you still thinking of doing it?

Yes, slightly panicked at all the things I want to do this year but still haven't worked out any kind of budget or anything. And although Jan was pretty good was all due to my hermit-like existence which I'm over now so out plenty at moment.....

I've put in request for the leave at work but big boss not confirmed it yet. I think will be ok but waiting to see first.....

Prob shouldn't be doing so much at once but I want 2010 to be a good year.
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

LOL, just to get an idea. Have you got anything you could use? Most of the shops are at the very end of their sales so assuming you have jeans and shoes maybe you could get a wee cheap top somewhere and be glam and MSE!

I'm a Deputy Manager in Coast and previously worked for Warehouse. Love it but got to keep to a tight budget with it.

That's what I was thinking but I'm so stumped as to what I'm after

I think I need a good root around my wardrobe and, failing that, a trip into town. I just don't know what suits me anymore...I never used to have this problem! I think not spending money on clothes has meant I've lost confidence when I do.

I canny do links but something with a bit of a frill or something on the top bit always make jeans look a bit more exciting. I'd check the wardrobe first!

  • I'm definitely a frill around the neckline fan!

Although I've spotted this and really like it, thinking I could maybe jazz it up with accessories...

Eeek! Difficult! I'd end up in a LOT of trouble I think. The only way I avoid buying stuff is if I avoid the shops!

I know. Not so tempting in your own work I guess. And I avoid going out on my lunchhour and looking in nearby ones! Easy enough in this weather anyway!
