    Hey Buffy,

I think I feel the same as you re relationships ie, dont really want the commitment or have the time & energy to put in, but do miss the 'benefits'. Maybe our plan for 2010 should be to find what suits us, rather than what we feel we should want/ what other people have.

May many FWBs come our way :) & may they disappear without any freaking drama when it's time to move on.
  • Given up caring what other people think about Christmas and NYE, spending it with people I like :p

That's exactly what I do - I spend both on my own! I'm great company :p

    P.S. Lula, what's an FWB????
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

 Have told a couple of friends recently about how lonely I am - and they hadn't realised! Maybe the act I put on is a bit too good

I actually had someone I work with make a squeaking shocked sound when I told her I would love to be in a relationship. "What? You?" but in a noise that made her sound more like a seagull. Yeah. It would be nice. And she said?

"You don't strike me as needy":p My act must be brilliant!!! :rotfl:

It must be  But doesn't it seem odd that it's considered 'needy' to want to be in a relationship  I don't consider myself to be needy, and any realtionship I would want to be in would have to be equal, not based on 'need'

    Hi all!

Bathgate - what did you come up with? I usualy have quite a filthy mind but couldnt make anything out of FWB other than friends with benefits- i must be losing my touch!

Sorry to hear everyone has had such a rubbish November - heres hoping December goes better!

The roof leaked really badly at work so all the desks got moved around and I ended up with people sat right behind me so I couldnt sneek on the internet anymore - hence I went a bit quiet for a while. They are all getting moved back next week though, so I should be a bit more chatty from now on.

I have read the last few pages just now but will go back and catch up properly soon, hope you are all alright!

Am currently having an amazing Sunday: it started with a bacon buttie!
