I watched this too. it was really interesting.
I think its really bad how we as consumers dont have much knowledge on our rights when we make purchases, and how some companies feel they have the right to bully us as in OP's case by asking for item back....0 -

that is a different situation, here, if it had the higher spec laptop model number on the receipt he would have an absolute right to keep that laptop as a contract was formed for the sale of that model laptop, here the receipt was for the right laptop but the product provided was wrong one, no contract was formed for the sale of the laptop the OP received (in my opinion)Yes Your Dukeiness0 -
