with landlord / other residents OK, maybe worth installing a webcam, to catch (and record, for evidence!) any pilferer in the act?
not sure how, but think you may be able to setup as boothtooth, so anyone (with the code!) can view on a mobile, or pc?
more drastic idea may be make a fake package up, with a dye pack inside that covers the 'opener'..
hmm.. i should start a business with the great (though probably dangerous/illegal?) revenge ideas i get, after pimms oclock..!Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

Sorting the mail is an important task; the first step to ensuring all those Christmas cards and presents get delivered to the right address!
This type of role involves:
Sorting items by hand into compartments on a sorting frame
Bagging and labeling mail for its destination
Moving mail around the office between conveyor belts, loading docks and trolleys
Moving mailbags from cages, sorting mailbags and bundles of mail into cages
Loading and unloading wheeled containers from vehicles to the dispatch areas
Pay Rates per hour :
Age 16 £3.97
Age 17 £4.62
Age 18 and over £5.95Contract Type

also you will note the bulk of these 'xmas' jobs state they are for sorting not delivery,uncle john was referring to a delivery postman.
so what exactly would an 'xmas' casual be doing if RM's definition is for the busy december period?0
