Anyone can set one up, just start "new thread", the best place would probabaly be the area "Home work and play", sub-section "Marriage, Relationships & Families MoneySaving".
I subscribe to sevaral threads, then you can keep track of new posts even when you have been away (say on holiday), and you don't have to search for it if it has "dropped of the end" and you can get emails telling you too if you like.
