He's the consumers' champion and the thread and website would not exist without him. He saves millions of people a lot of money - personal finance doesn't start and end with Mocs!
Waitrose is going to get swamped - and no doubt will be forced to review their policy.
I think if fraud and abuse was the reason for change then they would be banning internet mocs. The fact that they're saying you can only use ANY moc if you by the product implies their reason for change is pressure from the manufacturers.
Mad, say something funny please.
its from 3pm today and someone else on here just pm'd me to let me know they'd been told the same thing, from a different store, and that it was nationwide. looks like this is it.Won't buy nuffink without a discount0 -

WHAT!? Was your store on the list that was given to you by your friend??
Has anybody had a sucessful couponing trip today??
I was in there at 10.30am, I called the supervisor over myself to check my MOC's.
She said in her opinion it will soon be over, but nothing had come from head office yet.
I went to Asda this afternoon (haven't been in there for several months). IMHO prices were lot cheaper than Tesco's across all product lines, so as soon as it is official, I will be jumping ship.0 -
Busylizzie was your shop before 3pm, because I have been told by my yorkshire store (at 2.50pm) that this was happening nationwide at 3pm, but thought that she was just waffling me, but it seems not to be the case
Where roughly is your store?? What region??Opinions are like ar*eholes - everybody has one!!!!0 -
Hi all
I will be so upset if this new thing affects the Mr T's where I live. I went today and got £27 of shopping for £3.
Lets hope Tesco change their mind and continue with the national policy.:(:(
