Not that it possibly matters but just printed a couple of Warby's coupons
and they expire 1/11/09 so either C'net haven't set the expiry date correctly yet or they have extended the promotion! Maybe because everyone was either banned or too scared to go there :rotfl::rotfl:
:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS!
:p :rotfl:;)

Ok listen up everyone, I've got the details on this change!!!!
Its a trial, as someone else said, but is only taking place in 15 stores accross the country. She had a list of the stores and reeled them all off to me, i managed to scribble down some of them but not all as she wouldn't repeat the list a second time. Starting on Oct 5th for four weeks....and a decision will be made after that as to what to do next.
I rang my own store, spoke to the customer services manager, and no one had heard anything about it at all, so i rang head office and customer services to make sure the info matched and it does. As predicted, it is because of all the abuse, particularly due to photocopied MOCs (apparently theres a photocopied co-op one doing the rounds....i've not heard of this one but fair enough), and Martin's tv appearance seems to have kicked off a torrent of abuse (or at least thats what this lady had to say, sure we knew a lot of this was going on anyway).
Wanted some info from the horse's mouth and think I have it, hope it helps those of you sat at home wondering...would get using your MOCs if you have many left.
The stores I managed to catch her saying were affected are Boston, Horne, two in Sheffield (one is Abeydale), Skegness and Market Rasen, apparently the trial is with the bigger stores not the smaller ones. This is from Monday 5th people so get using yours now if this happens to be your local in case it isn't changed back

just to add, I spoke to two different people who both said the same thing from customer services, a lady even read me the note on their system that they have been given about it so i'm thinking this is pretty accurate.
I was having a little think, anyone else please let me know what you think on this, about us writing to tesco during this trial, even those not affected by it? maybe if we show how thankful we are for the policy and how much of a difference it makes to us (possibly mention we might go elsewhere otherwise, but in a nice way) then we could perhaps prevent a permanent changes, or a lesser one at least, before the top dogs change it for good?
thoughts?

Big kiss, BF!
I wonder how thoroughly the ban will be implemented in the affected stores? We all know how inconsistent Mr T is.
Hopefully it goes terribly for those stores in terms of lost sales - otherwise it could get rolled out nationwide. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I've just received the email from Waitrose confirming their coupon policy. Although the number of coupons worries me as its at store level.
Dear Miss XXXXXX
Thank you for your e-mail.
Waitrose accept suppliers' coupons for any product which we sell, including Waitrose Food Illustrated coupons, whether or not you are purchasing the item for which the coupon was issued and provided that the coupons are valid. However, the quantity of coupons accepted for each transaction is at the branch discretion.
Thank you again for your e-mail and for giving us the opportunity to clarify our position.
Regards,
Chris Zawadski

Subject: Coupon Policy
Hi there
Please could you confirm your money off coupon policy for me?
Do you accept vouchers for items you sell even if you don't buy the item?
Many thanks.
