Hi y'all! I'm surprised but after last nights adventures my legs aren't aching at all today. I'm still having a rest day though!:rotfl:
I think I might do a class at the gym tomorrow and then I plan to do 10 or 11 miles on Sunday. The coach at the running club last night said I should be running 4 times a week - minimum! Not sure how I could fit that in unless I stop having rest days

A much better run this evening my legs were a lot less tired. I can't believe that was the last 6 miler in my training plan; after the half on Sunday I've only got 4's, a 10 and some 2's before the BIG day. :D:D

Glad the knee is holding up Uk - seems like it should be ok for your long one on Sunday. :D

Rich/Becky when are you off on your hols???

  • I have to admit I'm more than a bit excited too Becky - now that I've started tapering it feels a bit more 'real'. :j
