Rejection for me too......although it is probably just as well given my lack of effort through the summer months

It was bank holiday Monday, 4th May, this year...so should be around the same time. Nice long term target race for PB potential.:D

Hehe Got to see Boris on Eastenders - this is going to be the worst acting performance in history. Waiting with bated breath...:p

hey all - where is the best place to pick up a running bag or some sort of pouch to put my Inhaler and other stuff in?

Do you take any sort of energy gel or lucozade type of formula when you're actually running?
  • Hi Blakey; I tend to buy running bits and bobs from sweatshop online because they are always sending me promotional codes. I'm not sure where others on here buy from.

I take High5 energy drink on runs over 10 miles, and have tried the SIS isotonic gels and they are quite good, but that's because I've been trying out different fuels ready for when I run the marathon - I don't want any nasty tummy 'surprises' on the day. :D

haha yes that would be terrible :)

I'm kind of over worrying, i always do, that i will just run out of energy. I did read some people bought the lucozade runners pack which is like £40 but it seems a lot of kit and i'd be worried about over doing it
