Another solid if unspectacular parkrun this morning.
It was the first parkrun to feel a little wintery with quite a chill in the air and a refreshing breeze. Should be no need to complain about the heat again for a few months!:D
Anyway, it was the highest finishing position so far at Wimbledon with 9th so thats today's positive outcome!:D
Now off for some hot weather training...............:p:pGt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Well done Rich on your highest position today.
Did a 4 miler this morning but ran it with my Rosemary Conley class teacher so we were chatting all the way round and I forgot to start my stopwatch! so no idea how long. Enjoyed it though and it was the first time I have been out in bad weather but I have decided I love running in the rain!
Have a good weekend all xxxFollowing :money: to keep us debt free :j0 -
