I was going to say that about elastic bands KYCU!
Morning everyone - am going for a little test job tonight to see how the foot is going. The swelling has gone down but its still very red we'll see if the cold/wind/rain/sweat combo isnt too bad

I am cream crackered but my 14 month old who was up most of the night teething seems bright and breezy this morning!!
Hannah - well done on entering the half; that'll give you a nice target to get you through the winter
I entered it a couple of weeks ago as after the last race I felt so down for a few days not having any training plan to follow - sad I know!! So thought it would give me something to [STRIKE]look forward[/STRIKE]
work towards through the winter!
Becky - the training plan that you did me for the 10k that I am doing in Dec - does that need tweaking at all considering the 1/2 or is it ok? After the 10k its about 12weeks before the 1/2 so I was thinking that it would just be a new plan for that (I hope that makes sense!!)Following :money: to keep us debt free :j0 -
