A hard graft session tonight showing that there was a little muscle fatigue lurking from Sunday, not a great deal but enough to show during speedwork.

Anyway, these are the sessions that count so quite happy to get that under the belt!:D

  • Wow you guys stay up late - I'd be cream crackered if I did that. :o

Hannah - well done on entering the half; that'll give you a nice target to get you through the winter :D

A gentle 2 miles for me this morning - 00:20:34 (10:12/mile) - and no ill effects from Sunday's efforts. Legs a little heavy and a sore spot on my big toe but nothing exciting.

... and before anyone asks ...... s/s tshirt and no gloves :rotfl:

    Happy Thursday everyone!!!

One must really plan when buying the old shorts :)

that said even with pockets the sound of your keys going off on everyother step can drive you mad after a few miles... so normaly end up in the hand.. but when in shorts it do let people know you are behind them and they seem to move out the way more.

Wrap an elastic band round your keys and theres no rattling :D

I'm still in shorts and short sleeved top. I just carry my jacket in case it gets cold/rain/windy
