Oh wow Rich - I'm more than a little bit shocked at that  Chuffed to bits though
I'll going to enjoy that for a couple of weeks until Uk knocks me down into 2nd position.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -

Hi All, sorry - can't stop...Just a quick update on the Salisbury half...it was hilly! and looong! but got round safely and in 1:44:44, which I was chuffed to bits with, given the hills and all...anyway, now to see if I can walk well enough to play footy later0

Not much new from me either, just saying "hi". Congrats on all the races and good runs. Was out at 06:15 this morning and it's pretty cold at that time. I'm up in the hills, so it's always a bit cooler than central London! Pitch black from start to finish, too. Long sleeve shirt for me. Still in my shorts though. Who's wearing gloves already? Well done on the weekend races :T
Gloves - only fingerless ones and only when it's VERY cold (and then I usually have to take them off after 10 minutes anyway).
Christened my new reflective jacket last night with a three miler in 28 mins - very comfortable run so very pleasedDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Just remembered, I've altered my normal route for the dark evenings so I go round the edge of the local park instead of through it as it's not well lit at all in there.. but last night I spotted someone running through it with a light attached to their head like a miner's helmet :rotfl:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

Hey, UK, there seems to be a little 'rounding' going on in your sig!
You cant get away with rounding 1:26:33 to 1:26 and 1:06:58 to 1:06!!:p
Once you get towards the pointy end of the race every second counts!;)Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j

Ha, ha me and krider will have one of those soon!!! We've entered the Halloween 5k Nite run in Reading and you get a skeleton tshirt to wear for the event along with a head torch for finding your way around the course. Not sure I'll wear it out on the roads afterwards though :rotfl::rotfl:2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
Beat me to that post Simply - it'll be an amusing site for anyone out walking their dog around that area :rotfl:
And no gloves for me (yet!) - just long sleeved wicking t-shirt and shorts today. 4.2 miles in 38:40 (9:11/mile).
Total for the week = 10.2 miles
I'm not entirely focused in what my training is doing in all honesty. But I am enjoying getting back into the running. I think I'm sort of a bit more focused on pushing the pace with slightly fewer miles right now as endurance was the aim before the half. I'd also like to break 50% on the WAVA for something as I've been so close up to now, so perhaps in a parkrun sometime soon...0
