Well done tq and blakey - great runs!
Becky I hope you're staying at home with that foot!0 -
No sadly not - I have lots of work to do because I was out of the office last week (working) so I may go to my 10am meeting and then go work from home0
-
Well take it easy, I hope it gets better soon x0

Thanks All, I'm aching sooooo much this morning.
Could be worse i could have an ankle like Becky's - ouch!!!0 -
tq - well done on completing the race. :T :T
It sounds like it's a real toughie and to carry on after you'd fallen and injured yourself was courageous!! Your little one must have been very proud to have won the race with mummy - that is so sweet!!
Excellent result Blakey - a good time considering you'd been resting your ankle. You must be very pleased with that result :T
Wow Becky - that's one impressive foot/ankle you've got there  Have you got any idea what bit you????2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910 -
Since I didnt get much chance to post yesterday I just wanted to say well done to everyone (even those who werent that pleased with their results - Uk
)
Simply - thats a fantastic time and 4 minutes off what me and Rich were predicting for you yesterday!!! Bet you cant wait for the next one
Tq - sounds tough going but you must be so proud of the achievement you've made and even if you dont want to do another (bet you change your mind later) there are plenty of other distances to conquer
Well done Saz - a fanastic time all things considered - I've noticed there is a pregnant group on runners world forums that may help! You should be fine to run as long as you want but you most likely find that your oxygen transport will reduce - so you may get more breathless than before - so no speedwork
Another great run from you Blakey - hope you are very pleased
And as for you Uk - sometimes you have to accept that your progress will stutter (especially as you are tired from marathon training!), even if you are disappointed use it as inspiration for next time
Linda - have fun at run club and well done on the 5 mile time
Happy running all!0 -

Thanks Becky, yes I have noticed being more breathless! I'll have a look at the forum you mention.
Hope your foot gets back to normal soon - ouch!!
