    Thanks Rich & Evab :)

Hope Becky is ok, that must have been horrendous with the guy that had the heart attack  Did they manage to revive him or was he still concious after?
    ...Linda xx
It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

The heart attack was completely unconnected with the race, just happened to be right where the race was about to start....he was revived and taken off to hospital, dont know any more than that!

    Congratulations, Saz! Enjoy those endorphins!:D:D

And nice chip time, Linda...57:32 is so much better than 58 minutes.;)

Btw All the race results are going to be updated on page 1 rather than reposting the whole list as previously....the post is getting too long to keep reposting.

No not really - what I am going to say is that I RAN a marathon today!!!!!!!!! I set out to run the first 20 at training pace (11:00/mile) and then take the rest as it came.

    The result - 04:49:16 (10:58/mile) by my watch ........... and I didn't walk a single step. :D:D:D:D
