26 First Timers (incl. Linda) and 41 PBers (incl. Becky) at the Leeds parkrun on Saturday.
Thats a high percentage of runners running their fastest time so far in one race.

Thanks both, I've lived here for 5 years and have never set foot up some of these roads, it's only a small town too! The top of Prestatyn is all hills so I can go up and down to my hearts content, or until I'm gasping which is more likely:D0

In the Llandudno 10km there was a bloke chatting with 2 women about an Ironman competition, he was just showing off - just shut up and run!
