Yes, I'm slipping more into "Dad" humour as the years go by.

    Hi,
    I'm after some advice.
I'm a fat tub of lard who's only exercise consists of lifting more cake to my gaping maw.
I've been offered a place in an ironman next week, I quite fancy giving it ago, do you think it's realistic.
I've been doing some training by lifting my huge girth from the sofa and shuffling to the TV rather than using the remote control, I've got my time down to 10 minutes to travel the 4 feet across the rug over the last week.
I think if I clear the burger and chocolate wrappers from the floor I can get down to 8 minutes by Friday!
    Can you offer any advice?

Jeez, aside from the iron man thing, I could have written that post, too!!

True. Who gets their first marathon just right?! If I'm finding it easy after 20 miles, I'll have taken it too easy!
