He might well have done except the shoes might have taken 30seconds off at a push but I've bettered my pb by 1:32 since I've had them so

Decided to do a shorter run today to test out my pace, thought I was doing well until 2 blokes ran past me effortlessly quicker! bah!0 -

Average Pace = 6:41m/m
Average HR = 137bpm (73% MAX)
Days Rest = 0
Miles run greater than Half marathon effort = 0
Disappointing "little picture" races = 2
Weekly totals of 101,122,122,130
Long runs include :
1 x 18 miles
2 x 19 miles
3 x 20 miles
1 x 21 miles
2 x 22 miles
