    Lovely pacing there UK :)
  • Looks like Uk is a contender for the consistency title :p

Hey Uk, how did you get the Garmin programme to include 'pace' in Reports? Mine shows pace on the Activities page but will only give the option of 'speed' in the Reports.

Thanks for posting the thread to the Onion Rich - I've not come across that before. Should keep me amused for a while :rotfl:

    A whale?

Hope your tummy is better Becky, I know from my experience the other month that sort of run isn't fun!

I do know women who will only do women-only events - but only people who aren't 'full time' runners, i.e. train for a couple of months once or twice a year for specific events like these, and aren't too bothered about times. Personally, I'm not going to do Race for Life this year (or again) unless any of my mates really want me to keep them company - I was frustrated by how hard it was to pass people last year, the Edinburgh 10k route had some really silly loops in it where you could hardly get past the people coming the other way. And you can only get a proper timing if you start in the front row! I do know a couple of people who were inspired to start running through it though, so it's not all bad.

I didn't go out last night, real life got in the way, will do tonight though, can't wait!

And since you're a chicken and wont look at the thread you inflamed, there's 3 more responses with only this one of note:

Jeez, Curly - get off the fence and say what you really think! wink_smiley.gif
    But that's exactly my feeling.
