    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Mon - 6.3 miles in 62:53 9.59 mins/mile
    Tues - 5.5 miles in 48:53 8:54 mins/mile
    Weds - 6.2 miles in 61:36 9:56 mins/mile

    A nice easy recovery run on slush puppy (by my house) and snow (about an inch in the park) - all good for the leg muscles :D

    Bramhall parkrun in Stockport has been cancelled for the last 2 weeks due to weather. But since getting another 6 inches dumped on the course they reckon its runnable this weekend. You've got to love the parkrun spirit::D:D

    And Glasgow are going ahead after designing a 'back up winter course' (whatever that means:p)


    Also, a new parkrun is starting in Cambridge on Jan 30th if anyone is near there.

    Yes I do - but that is not Cambridge its in Milton!! Funny they were talking about closing that place a few years ago...obviously didnt ;)
