    Evening all
Well done to everyone, some impressive running.
All I can say is thank goodness for freecycle as my new walking boots are fabulous. No pain from old blisters, no new blisters and a pain free and very comfy 4.72 mile walk today in the late afternoon winter sunshine, lovely. So my regime so far is:
    W/c 1/1/10
    Friday - nothing
    Saturday - 1.64 mile walk
    Sunday - 4.72 mile walk
    Monday
    Tuesday
    Wednesday
    Thursday

Wow well done Annie - massive improvement on yesterday :)

Its probably worth you noting down the times (either in a book or a spreadsheet) - you dont have to tell us but it will let you know when you are improving :D

What a difference, Annie - its just a case of keeping a regular routine going now and letting all those tendons and muscles strengthen....and you'll be fit before you know it.

However, as always the biggest ingredient in gaining proper fitness is patience.

    Well done.:D

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
